Welcome to paradise! Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront townhouse sleeps 8 across 1,350 sq. ft., with porches on both levels and one of the best water views in the community.
Inside you'll find all-new downstairs furniture, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining table for the whole group, TVs in every room (cable and smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick), high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.
We personally manage the villa, not a property management company, so the details never slip: fresh linens, comfortable beds, regular air vent and filter cleanings. Before and during your stay, we're a phone call away.

Frequently asked
How does booking direct work?
Pick your dates in the calendar and send a request. Nothing is charged at that point. We check the dates and email you to confirm, along with a PayPal invoice you can pay with PayPal or a card. Your dates are reserved once the invoice is paid.
Does the villa come with a boat slip?
No, the villa doesn't include a slip. Contact us and we'll share the dockmaster's details for slip pricing and availability. If you're bringing a trailer, coordinate with the dockmaster to use the designated trailer parking area. Trailers and RVs can't park in the main lot.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 11:00 AM. You'll let yourself in with the digital smart lock.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 8, across a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. We check occupancy at check-in, so please contact us before booking if your group is larger.
Are pets allowed?
Pets generally aren't allowed, but small dogs may be approved case by case. Please ask us before you book.
Is the villa good for families?
Yes. There are three bedrooms, a crib, a full kitchen and the resort pool, and families are among our most frequent guests.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on the premises plus free street parking.
